FCH

FCH  and  FDV-H  Models
Capable of handling liquids with solids, the Nagle FCH Horizontal Pump can tolerate a wide range of abrasive and corrosive applications.  Also available in FDV-H configuration for dry pit operation.  These pumps incorporate many design features developed over more than 50 years of field experience.

Features

  • Large impeller passages to reduce wear, allow maximum solids handling.
  • Heavy wall sections for maximum service life.
  • Bearing isolators (Inpro) used to extend bearing life.
  • Bearing cartridge design for easy replacement of rotating assembly.
  • All components piloted to insure concentricity during maintenance, impeller adjustment and assembly.
  • Larger shaft diameter decreases shaft movement allowing extended service life on packing or seals.
  • Front and back vanes for axial load control and stuffing box pressure reduction.
  • Stainless steel gland is standard.
  • Finite element designed shaft for minimum deflection and stress at packing.
  • Computer designed impeller: high efficiency, 5 or 6 blade designs.
  • Sizes 1" through 12", capacities to 8,000 USGPM.
Options
  • Dry packing in box (no seal water).
  • Mechanical seals.
  • Dynamic seal available.
  • Suction inducers on selected sizes.
  • Priming inducter for positive priming with heavy solids.

KCR Model
Capable of handling liquids with up to 70% solids,  the Nagle KCR Horizontal Pump can tolerate a wide range of abrasive and corrosive applications.  This pump incorporates many design features developed over more than 50 years of field experience.

Features

  • Large clearance impeller designs with 3 or 4 blades optimized for maximum wear resistance.
  • Long entry radius into impeller minimizes turbulence to extend impeller life.
  • Wider sealing areas eliminate need for wear rings.
  • Progressive casing wall thickness for maximum service life.
  • Adjustable impeller maintains design conditions.
  • All components piloted to insure concentricity during maintenance, impeller adjustment and assembly.
  • Minimal shaft deflection through box due to increased shaft and bearing sizes.
  • Cartridge design allows for easy replacement of rotating assembly.
  • Large multi-labyrinth flinger on both ends of cartridge to minimize bearing contamination.
  • Sizes 1" through 16", capacities to 12,000 USGPM.
Options
  • Dry packing in box (no seal water).
  • Mechanical seals.
  • Dynamic seal available.
  • Suction inducers on selected sizes.
  • Priming inductor for positive priming with heavy solids.
