TWO/CDO Models
Nagle TWO and CDO pumps are single stage centrifugal slurry pumps.  They are designed for wet and dry pit installation with bottom suction or optional top suction.  Pumps in these series are available in sizes from 1" to 20" for capacities to 10,000 gpm and pressures to 200 psi.  Models are available for handling slurries up to 70% solids and molten salts and metals up to 1500 degrees Fahrenheit.

Features

  • All bearings, seals, and rubbing parts are located above the mounting plate allowing maintenance free operation in slurry and corrosive liquids.
  • Impeller clearance is adjustable to compensate for wear.
  • All components have pilot fit for ease of assembly.
  • All components utilize through bolt assembly.
  • Internal by-pass of pumpage insures no volute heat-up even at closed or blocked discharge.
  • Spacer pedestal (optional on the TWO) for High temperature and flooding.
Options
  • Direct coupled or V-belt driven.
  • Top or bottom suction.
  • Chemical or slurry type wet end designs.

MWO
The Nagle MWO has been designed for use in short setting applications.  This pump is ideal for transfer services, it utilizes the motor shaft and incorporates the standard Nagle water end components.
